Our spaces
Each room at The Stables Wellbeing has been thoughtfully designed to feel calm, private and professional — giving you the perfect environment to support your clients. We welcome practitioners of all kinds — counsellors, psychologists, psychotherapists, coaches and holistic therapists offering massage, bodywork, Reiki and other wellbeing treatments. Room 1 has space for a massage bed.
A light, airy space with comfortable seating and a tranquil atmosphere — perfect for one-to-one talking therapies and counselling. There's also room beyond the seating area (not shown in the photo) for a massage bed, making it ideal for holistic therapists offering massage, bodywork, Reiki and other hands-on treatments.

We've kept our pricing straightforward and flexible, so you can choose the option that best suits how you work — whether you're just starting out or building an established practice. The rates below apply to our individual therapy rooms.

Pay as you go. Book a room by the hour whenever you need it — perfect for occasional or one-off sessions with no commitment.

Our best hourly rate, for regular practitioners booking blocks of three hours or more. Ideal for building a consistent weekly schedule with your clients.

A full 8-hour day in one of our individual therapy rooms — ideal for intensive practice days, assessments or back-to-back client sessions.
£15 / month
Our low monthly membership unlocks our reduced booking rate, 10% off in-house training and group room bookings, plus a profile on our website and promotion across local social media groups to help grow your practice.
Group & events space
Our largest room is available to hire by the hour or by the day — ideal for group therapy, workshops, training days and community events. Members receive 10% off all Room 5 rates.

Clinical Psychologist
DClinPsy, PGDip, BSc (Hons)
A Clinical Psychologist with NHS experience since 2005 and a Doctoral qualification in Clinical Psychology gained in 2009. Isabel takes a whole systems approach, understanding difficulties within the context of a person's family, school, work and social world. She works with children, young people and adults, drawing on imagery, stories and her clients' own interests to make therapy meaningful and engaging.

A Consultant Clinical Psychologist with 18 years of NHS experience. Naomi works with people experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, relationship difficulties and grief, as well as supporting individuals and families through physical health challenges and dementia diagnoses. She has specialist experience working with neurodivergent clients including those with ADHD and autism.

We do not sell personal information to third parties, and we only share it with third parties (such as Calendly, Bookwhen, Eventbrite, or Formspree, which powers our contact form) where necessary to provide the service you've requested.
We rely on the following legal bases under UK GDPR: your consent (for example, submitting an enquiry form), the performance of a contract (for example, a room hire agreement), and our legitimate interests in running and promoting our business, balanced against your rights.
We keep enquiry and viewing booking details for as long as reasonably needed to respond and follow up, and no longer than 24 months if no ongoing relationship develops. Room hire, membership and financial records are kept for as long as required by UK tax and accounting law (currently at least 6 years).
Our website may use essential cookies needed for the site to function, and may use basic analytics cookies to help us understand how the site is used. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.

These terms and conditions apply to anyone using this website, including prospective or existing clients and attendees, and prospective or existing therapists or facilitators considering or renting a room with The Stables Wellbeing ("we", "us", "our"), based at First Floor, 1 North Street, Bromley, London BR1 1SB. By using this site or booking a viewing, room, or event with us, you agree to these terms.
This website is provided for general information about our rooms, pricing, therapists and events. We aim to keep information accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that pricing, availability, or event details will never change without notice. Please confirm details directly with us before making firm plans.
Room viewings can be booked via our Calendly link. Booking a viewing does not commit you to hiring a room, and does not commit us to offering a room, until a separate hire agreement is confirmed in writing.
Some events listed on our site are hosted by us, and some are hosted by independent practitioners or organisations using our space. Where an event is booked through a third-party platform (such as Bookwhen or Eventbrite) or directly with the host, that booking is between you and the event host, and their own terms, cancellation and refund policies will apply. We are not responsible for the content, delivery or cancellation of events we do not host ourselves.
If you are a client attending therapy or a session at our premises, your relationship for the purposes of that therapy or service is with the individual therapist or facilitator, not with The Stables Wellbeing directly. We provide the space but are not responsible for the professional advice, treatment or services delivered by independent practitioners who hire our rooms.
We take reasonable care to maintain a safe environment at our premises. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our rooms, website, or events, except where liability cannot be excluded under UK law (such as death or personal injury caused by our negligence).
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
